Grace Rogers is a board member with Developing Opportunity. She brings an extensive marketing background and years of

international travel experience to this organization. Grace will assist Developing Opportunity with fund raising and expanding our reach. Previously, Rogers held a position as Vice President of Three Dots clothing company, and Orange County, CA-based retailer. Previously, Rogers served as Creative Director of Women’s Design and Marketing for Burton Snowboard Company where she developed and executed the “b by Burton” campaign. She named the brand, trademarked the logo, created the business plan/marketing strategies, participated in design and merchandising, implemented athlete involvement, and formed a brand media launch. Prior to Burton and Three Dots, Rogers worked as Director of Marketing for Roxy/Quiksilver from 1993-2003 where she was an integral part of building Roxy as a premiere women’s board sports apparel and accessories brand. In this position, she created the Roxy Fiji Pro, the largest women’s surf competition in the world. She also volunteers as a camp counselor for the Royal Family Kids Camp, Compassion in Action, and The Humane Society of the United States of America. She is an avid photographer and loves adventure. She currently resides in Southern California.
